2. Product Description

The Company provides digital audio content consisting of:

Core Protocol: six (6) audio sessions focused on procrastination and habits. Money Pattern: three (3) audio sessions — Tree of Abundance, The Unsealed Spring and The Harbor Workshop. Full Bundle: eleven (11) recordings — the six Core Protocol sessions, the three Money Pattern sessions, Akashic Library and Council of Elders. Individual sessions include the recording named on the relevant sales and checkout pages. Your purchase includes only the product or bundle selected at checkout.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate digital access to the purchased content.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

Access is provided immediately after payment
No physical product will be delivered

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, branding, design, and written materials, is the exclusive property of Cyberterra OÜ.

You may not:

Upload to file-sharing platforms
Modify or create derivative works

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberterra OÜ shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income or business opportunities
Personal dissatisfaction
Any damages arising from use or inability to use the product

Use of the product is at your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
