2. Product Description

The Company provides digital audio content consisting of:

  • Six (6) hypnosis audio sessions focused on overcoming procrastination

  • Three (3) additional hypnosis audio sessions focused on personal development, self-connection, and financial mindset programming

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate digital access to the purchased content.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital content

  • Access is provided immediately after payment

  • No physical product will be delivered

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, branding, design, and written materials, is the exclusive property of Cyberterra OÜ.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Share

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Upload to file-sharing platforms

  • Modify or create derivative works

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberterra OÜ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of income or business opportunities

  • Personal dissatisfaction

  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the product

Use of the product is at your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

replacement for professional care. Do not listen to the sessions while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full

attention. Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome — including financial outcomes — is promised or guaranteed.
